May is National Stroke Awareness Month and Fowler Davis,in partnership with TotalCom Marketing Communications, is honored to collaborate on this important initiative to raise awareness of strokes. Remember the most common stroke warning signs and what actions to take, learn F.A.S.T. If you see F-Face drooping, A-Arm weakness or S-Speech difficulty, it’s T-Time to call 911.
A stroke is largely preventable and treatable. The best way to beat a stroke before it damages your brain is to never have one – about 80 percent of strokes are preventable. The second best way to beat a stroke before it damages your brain is to identify one immediately when it occurs and call 911 right a way.
